I went into the office and spoke directly with Mark and was told basicly the same thing. He did not explain any options to me. He told me nothing about PIP coverage which is supposed to be helping my injured wife. Mark is great at taking your money but that is the only part of you he gives a damn adout."

"I have been with State Farm for 50 years and have had many different agents but Mark and his staff are the worst I have ever dealt with. His staff are the worst and when I called him to tell him they screw up his answer was you cant prove it. They failed to take my insurance on hold when I went up north for two months . When I called them to reinstate the insurance they didn’t know what I was talking about and proceeded to remove my insurance so I was driving two months without Insurance before I discovered it."
